    Premier Movement is a class to suit all levels of ability and age, from the complete beginner through to those who have always exercised. A mind/body class set to music it combines the two practises of yoga and pilates.

    Full body workout incorporating weights, high intensity, strength muscle conditioning. You will find muscles you never knew you had! ALL fitness levels are able to do this class.

  • Cycle

    Enjoy a ride of a different kind with a motivating instructor guiding you over various terrains and intensities to increase fitness levels and burn calories. All fitness levels welcome!

  • Body Attack

    Made up of sports inspired moves, Body Attack will help you burn calories whilst you tone and shape. You'll build stamina and improve your coordination and agility!!

    A higher intensity work out using Body weight exercises to create an amazing workout. Great for beginners all the way to advance.

    A great class for beginners to advance to help you lengthen out and increase your mobility through stretching.
