I’m a Fitness Australia certified Personal Trainer who began my personal training business – Raw Motion Health & Fitness in 2004 and still have just as much passion for training people as I did back then. Over the years I have gained extensive knowledge through ongoing studies, experience as Personal Training Manager and being the regular Fitness contributor to Good Health magazine.
My objective as a trainer is first and foremost to help. Whether I correct your push-up technique whilst passing by, or train you 3 times a week for an hour at a time, knowing that interactions such as these have a positive effect on those I have reached throughout the day is what keeps me fulfilled and content. If you’re looking to shift a few kilos, or would like to become fitter for whatever life may throw at you, I will customise Personal training sessions accordingly, keep sessions fun and varied, all while equipping you with the tools and knowledge to become confident to train and strive for a healthier balanced life.
