Often, one of the hardest aspects of post-baby training is finding the right childcare. The great news is that our gym creche has been specially designed to delight and entertain the kids time after time. Kids run to Little rascals and you can train guilt-free.
On your first time at Premier gym creche, you will and your little ones will be met by one of our friendly staff, who will introduce you to the Manager on Duty, which is usually our delightful Irene. They will show you around, and assist in settling in.
You need to sign-in and out, and note what is required for your child.
Our gym creche staff are regulars so that your kids will be familiar with them when they come.
Please bring for your kids
- Water bottle
- Snacks in a lunchbox
- We are strictly a nut-free zone. And please no popcorn or grapes as these are a choking hazard for the tiny ones

All our trainers are highly experienced with post-natal fitness, and you can opt to have a female trainer should you prefer.
Premier Cardio Zone is great place to get back into your fitness.
We have masses of cardio equipment including:
- Recumbent bikes
- Vario ( mimics cross country skiing movement)
All our cardio equipment has individual entertainment with large screens and the channel choice includes Foxtel. This means your training is over before you even know it.
Premier has oodles of different types of classes. At Premier, with our spacious group fitness zones, there is no need to book for classes. Just turn up. Don’t forget your towel! They are a great way to mix up your fitness routine.
For post-natal you might like to try:
Pilates: Pilates is an excellent class choice as it focuses on your core.
Yoga: Also low impact and a class you can take at your own pace. It will assist with strength, flexibility, core – as well as relaxation. Perfect for busy mums! We offer several types of Yoga, so please enquire at reception for individual class descriptions.
Circuit: This suits all fitness levels, as you can go at your own pace. It is a full-body workout incorporating weights so that you get both a cardio and strength training benefit.
