    Getting back into a fitness routine after having a baby or children need not be an overwhelming thought.  Even if it has been a while, at Premier we can help you get back on track towards your fitness goals. Kids love our amazing gym creche and our members love our gym with its friendly & welcoming atmosphere.

    The first step is to make an appointment to have a tour of our gym.

    One of the hardest aspects about post-baby training is finding the right childcare while you train. The great news is that our gym creche has been specially designed to delight and entertain the kids time after time.

    On your first time at Premier gym creche, you will and your little ones will be met by one of our friendly staff, who will introduce you to the Manager on Duty, which is usually our delightful Irene. They will show you around, and assist in settling in.

    You need to sign-in and out, and note what is required for your child.

    Our gym creche staff are regulars, so that your kids will be familiar with them when they come.

    Please bring for your kids

    • Water bottle
    • Snacks in a lunchbox
    • We are strictly a nut free zone. And please no popcorn or grapes as these are a choking hazard

    All new members receive their own personalised training programme.

    This involves

    • Sitting down and listening to your fitness goals
    • Discuss any injuries or other concerns you may have
    • Design a programme just for you
    • Expertly show you how to do the programme safely

    All our trainers are highly experienced with post-natal fitness, and you can opt to have a female trainer should you prefer.

    Premier Cardio Zone is great place to get back into your fitness.

    We have masses of cardio equipment including:

    • Treadmills
    • Bikes
    • Recumbent bikes
    • Elliptical
    • Steppers
    • Rowers
    • Vario ( mimics cross country skiing movement)

    All our cardio equipment has individual entertainment with large screens and the channel choice includes Foxtel.

    Premier has oodles of different types of classes. At Premier, with our spacious group fitness zones, there is no need to book for classes. Just turn up. Don;t forget your towel!

    For post-natal you might like to try:

    Pilates : Pilates is an excellent class choice as it focuses on your core.

    Yoga: Also low impact and a class you can take at your own pace. It will assist with strength, flexibility, core – as well as relaxation. Perfect for busy mums! We offer several types of Yoga, so please enquire at reception for individual class descriptions.

    Circuit: This suits all fitness levels, as you can go at your own pace. It is a full body workout incorporating weights, so that you get both a cardio and strength training benefit.

    Hi there, I am thinking to come back to gym after 5 years..I have two kids 4yo and 1,5yo..could you please tell me how much would I pay for me and kids together per week? I didn’t find the opening hours of the creche..
