Our spacious main studio in Northern Beaches

Our spacious main studio is the perfect place to exercise, if we do say so ourselves. With plenty of large windows to let in natural light and floor-to-ceiling windows that keep you looking and performing your best, this workout space is ideal for our many group classes, including Body Pump. Plus, with some of the best trainers on the beaches, we can assure you that they’ll keep you sweating, laughing, and working throughout the entire 45-minute class.

Do I need to pre-book classes?

No - we don't believe in pre-booking classes and waitlisting our members, so you can feel free to turn up at any class and be welcomed with open arms. We only offer a select number of memberships to make sure that no one is left disappointed or excluded from our classes, including Body Pump.

Does fitness level matter for body pump classes?

No, we encourage anyone of all fitness levels to join in with our classes, and Body Pump is no different. Our trainers and members are all encouraging and love to see others succeed, so our classes are perfect for improving your fitness level from beginner to advanced.

Are body pump classes beneficial for weight loss?

Many of our members find that Body Pump is one of the best classes for weight loss as it blends cardio with strength training to enhance both areas of fitness at once. Adding weights to your cardio-based workout is bound to make you sweat more, therefore encouraging your body to shed more weight in a shorter amount of time.

How many times a week should I take body pump classes?

We recommend our members listen to their own bodies when deciding how many classes to take, especially ones as high-energy as Body Pump. Sometimes your body will be raring to go four times a week while others it might need more rest days, so always check in with yourself before attending a class. On average, most of our members find between two and three Body Pump classes a week is manageable.

What other facilities are available?

Here at Premier, we want to make your experience as fun and relaxing as possible. Aside from our workout zones, we also have a creche with a super fun soft play for baby members, a cafe for a much-needed treat after your workout, and a sauna for the ultimate relaxation (you deserve it!).
