Group Gym Classes Studio

Our spacious main studio in Northern Beaches

Our large and airy main studio is home to many of our popular group fitness classes, including group boxing. The mirrors are perfect for checking in on your form, which is incredibly important when boxing and the large windows offer flattering lighting so you can see all of the tone boxing instantly offers to your body. Our expert trainers will pair you with other members of similar fitness levels so you can enjoy the social aspect of boxing without feeling out of your depth with someone of a different level from you.

Is it necessary to pre-book boxing classes?

Premier Health and Fitness Centre doesn't require any bookings for our classes, including group boxing. This gives our members the freedom to listen to their bodies and only turn up to a class if they feel comfortable doing it, without the stress of skipping a booking. If you want to join our group boxing classes, then simply come along!

Does fitness level matter for group boxing classes?

No, our group boxing classes are tailored to our members of all fitness levels. Whether it's your first class or tenth, we'll do everything to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. If you're not comfortable doing any of the exercises, simply sit them out!

Are group boxing classes good for weight loss?

Yes - in fact, many of our members have found that boxing is one of their favourite weight loss classes. Not only does it torch calories, but it also works amazingly to tone the core, arms, shoulders, and back. The high-intensity interval training nature of boxing makes it wonderful for burning fat.

How many times a week should I take group boxing classes?

Boxing is one of the most versatile classes we offer, with many of our members wanting to take between two and four classes a week! However we might suggest starting with one or two a week until you build up your stamina.

Here at our Northern Beaches fitness centre, we have plenty of state-of-the-art facilities for you to take advantage of. These include our weights zones, all new cardio area, and functional workout zone, plus personal trainers to enhance your journey, and an amazing Creche for the kids to play while you get your workout done.
