Body Step Classes in Northern Beaches
Premier Health and Fitness Centre understands the importance of having a well-balanced workout regime to reach your fitness goals quickly. One of our most popular cardio-based workouts is Body Step, which is a full-body cardio workout that tones your glutes and legs more than anything else. Our spacious main studio in Northern Beaches
Our spacious main studio is home to many of our popular classes including yoga, pilates, sweat, stretch, and Body Step. With the large windows on one wall and floor-to-ceiling windows on another, you’ll be able to work out in an incredible amount of natural light to enhance the entire class. The mirrors also let you check your form and make sure your steps are in sync. It’s amazing to watch everyone in the group step together in time to the music, and some of our members even say it makes time go much faster – so much so that they often forget they’re in a workout class.

Do I need to pre-book classes?
None of our classes at Premier Health and Fitness Centre need to be booked as there is enough space for all of our members. The more the merrier, we say, so come along to as many classes as you can and join in the fun.
Is there a minimum fitness level needed for body step classes?
No, all of our classes are tailored for members of all fitness levels. No matter whether this is your first or hundredth class with us, you'll be welcomed into our studio to join in as best as you can. Body Step requires plenty of cardio, but you can always take as many breaks as you need.
Are body step classes beneficial for weight loss?
Body Step classes are extremely toning for the glutes and thighs, but they're also very high-cardio. This means that, while reshaping your lower body you'll also be sweating plenty, promoting weight loss and leaner muscle mass.
How many times a week should I take body step classes?
Body Step classes should be capped at around two or three classes a week thanks to their high cardio requirements. You can fit other strength training classes between these, or give your body a much-needed rest for recovery. Make sure you listen to what your body's telling you before starting any of our fitness classes.
What other facilities are available?
Here at our Northern Beaches centre, we have plenty of luxurious facilities for you to use to make the most of your experience, including the weights and functional workout zones, personal trainers to enhance your journey, and a sauna for ultimate recovery. We also have a cafe and a creche with a soft play so you can work out guilt-free.
