Our modern and spacious main studio at our Northern Beaches Premier Health and Fitness Centre is one of our pride and joys, with plenty of natural light filtering in through the windows and floor-to-ceiling windows in front of you. With so much light around you, many of our members feel like they’re working out right on the beach!

Our aerobics classes are designed for people of all fitness levels, and our expert trainers are there to help and guide you as much as possible. Aerobics classes are often fun and full of energy, and many of our members agree that they always leave with a sense of pride and accomplishment.

Do I need to pre-book classes?

None of our classes at Premier Health and Fitness Centre need to be pre-booked, giving you the chance to turn up to as many classes as you want. As a member, you'll have access to unlimited classes, including as many aerobic classes as you're ready for!

Does fitness level matter for aerobic classes?

All of our classes are designed for people of all fitness levels, so no, it doesn't matter. Our expert trainers will be able to tailor workouts to your ability so you can modify moves as your fitness level grows and improves with time.

Are aerobic classes beneficial for weight loss?

Aerobic classes include plenty of cardio which is often considered the best form of exercise for weight loss, so we highly recommend aerobic classes if one of your main fitness goals is weight loss. The exercises you'll learn during this class help you burn calories, improve endurance, and strengthen your cardiovascular system.

How many times a week should I take aerobic classes?

Adults are recommended to partake in 300 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise a week, which is around five hour-long classes a week. However, you can swap these out for other cardio-heavy classes we offer, so don't feel like you have to stick to our aerobic classes only.

What other facilities are available?

Our members love the other facilities we offer to make their time here a full experience, including a sauna where you can relax and recuperate, an amazing kids creche with soft play that your kids are bound to love and a cafe to treat yourself with after a long exercise class. And, with the beach right outside our doors, why not enjoy a quick dip to end your regime?
