Here at Premier Health and Fitness Centre we have a workout class for everyone, including Body Attack, which is actually much more enjoyable than it sounds. The workout plan is designed to attack the body – but in the best way possible as you combine cardio movements and strength training to increase your fitness levels, confidence, and much more.

We pride ourselves on our beautiful and modern workout spaces at our Premier Health and Fitness Centres, and our spacious main studio is no different. With plenty of natural light filtering in through the windows and floor-to-ceiling windows to bounce it around you, you’ll feel like you’re working out right on the seafront.

Do I need to pre-book for body attack?

No, you don't need to book for any of our classes, including Body Attack. One of our main goals as a fitness centre is to make sure our members can come to as many classes as they like every week, and we do that by offering limited memberships to prevent a first-come, first-served system that might leave some with fewer opportunities than others.

Does fitness level matter for body attack classes?

No, all our classes are designed for all fitness levels, with our expert trainers being able to work to your skillset and help you improve over time. We've all got to start somewhere, so why not start today and join one of our challenging yet fun Body Attack classes?

Are body attack classes beneficial for weight loss?

Body Attack utilises a HIIT-style workout regime with plenty of energy needed between intervals, so you can rest assured you'll be sweating for the entire class. Your trainer will push your body to the limit to challenge it every single session to improve, furthering your stamina and fitness level to see results such as weight loss, lean muscle growth, and improved confidence.

How many times a week should I take body attack classes?

Body Attack is a strenuous class that pushes the body beyond its natural limit, so we recommend capping your classes at two to three times a week as this gives your body more time to recover between sessions.

What other facilities are available?

Aside from our cardio and weight zones, we also offer a functional studio for highly optimised HIIT workouts for the best workout possible. We also have personal trainers if you'd like tailored regimes for your fitness goals, along with a sauna where you can relax and recuperate after a long Body Attack session. Don't worry about childcare either, as we have an excellent creche with a soft play that your kids are bound to love.
