Do I need to book in for a class?
No, all of our classes are open to all of our members so there's never any need to book. We find this gives our members more freedom to listen to their bodies on a daily basis rather than forcing themselves to take part in pre-booked classes, which can lead to demotivation and injury.
How fit do you need to be for one of these classes?
HIIT workouts are designed to be challenging to both the body and mind, but that doesn't mean they're not beginner-friendly. All of our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, as you can decide how much effort you put into each movement.
Are HIIT classes good for weight loss?
Yes, HIIT workouts tend to be some of the best and most recommended if your main fitness goal is weight loss. This is because you're challenged to put 100% of your effort into the short reps with the promise of short and frequent breaks. Many of our members find that they work more efficiently with a HIIT-style functional regime, encouraging them to work harder and therefore burn more calories.
How many times a week should I do HIIT classes?
This all depends on your body and fitness level, as some people can enjoy multiple classes a week while others prefer to only utilise the HIIT style once or twice a week. Most trainers advise sticking between two and four HIIT workouts a week to prevent overexerting your body.
