Premier Health and Fitness Centre offer a range of state-of-the-art classes for its members, and we are now thrilled to offer Reformer pilates classes at our Brookvale facility. We have three class experiences for you to try out; Control, Flow, and Athletic, all utilising a different style to help you achieve your goals. Reformer is an excellent toning and strength training exercise that helps you improve strength, flexibility, balance, posture and more – a perfect addition to anyone’s workout schedule.

Our reformer pilates classes
Premier Brookvale offers three new reformer pilates classes, all performed on our custom-built deluxe reformers designed to offer maximum results from each use.
Control
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and can even be enjoyed pre- and post-natally, so come along and get stuck in!
Flow
Perfect for those who have completed a few Control classes and are ready to level up their reformer classes, Flow intensifies workouts for all fitness levels.
Athletic
Athletic classes are best for experienced members who have completed at least 10 Flow classes, or who have been approved by one of our experienced instructors.

Classes for beginners through to advanced
No one should feel left out – especially when they’re trying to better themselves! For this reason, we offer three reformer pilates classes, all tailored to different skill levels. We recommend starting with our beginner-friendly Control class and our experienced instructors will be able to help you determine when you can move up to our Flow and Advanced classes.
Mums can enjoy reformer whilst kids play in our creche
It’s not just our members who get to enjoy our state-of-the-art facilities – your children can, too! We know how difficult it can be to find time to work out around family life, so our in-house creche is open to you whenever you need it. Run by experienced childcarers for kids as young as six weeks, you can stop putting it off and get stuck into our new reformer pilates classes.

Our reformer machines are all made with premium spring-resistance sliding platforms that help you transition between moves as easily as possible. No one said reformer pilates was easy, but thanks to our new machines, you’ll be able to make the most of every session as you get used to the continuous flow of movements.

Do I need to book a reformer pilates class ahead of time?
No, none of our classes require pre-booking because we want to remain as accessible as possible for everyone. Simply show up at a convenient time for you and get stuck in with a group of like-minded people who are just as excited about reformer pilates as you!
How often can I do reformer pilates?
The number of reformer pilates classes you take a week will depend on your skill level and personal schedule. To see the best results, we recommend two to three of our 45-minute classes a week. Multiple weekly classes will help your body learn the movements quicker, so you can see real progress in muscle tone, posture correction, pain reduction, and more. Once you're used to our dynamic reformer pilates classes, you can join in on more to challenge yourself even further!
