Spacious main studio catered to group yoga classes in Brookvale, Northern Beaches
Our yoga class is delivered in our beautiful main studio. It is light, bright, and spacious, ensuring everyone has room to practice yoga. There is always space for you and your mat. The large main studio means you can attend yoga classes without booking them in advance, allowing you to attend whenever you have the time.
Yoga beginner?
All yoga classes at Northern Beaches are perfect for beginners and experienced yogis. Each movement can be modified to help beginners work on their foundations and experienced yogis challenge themselves. Before your yoga practice can progress, you must master the basics, aligning your breath with each movement of your flow.
Our experienced instructors are here to help. They will show you how to modify each position to accommodate beginners, even in a group class setting. They can also offer specific modifications for any injuries or health concerns you have; just speak to your instructor before the class begins. Our instructors can also provide hands-on adjustments, where they will adjust your body to help you find the correct position, allowing you to get the most from your sessions.

Do I need to book a yoga class ahead of time?
No, you don't need to book ahead of time for a yoga class at our Northern Beaches facility. Yoga classes are held in our main studio, with plenty of space to accommodate everyone. You can attend the session that best fits your schedule.
How often should I attend yoga classes?
You can attend yoga classes as often as you like. Weekly classes are an excellent way to build time into your schedule to unwind and focus on your body, bringing your mind and soul together.
