We are constantly surveying our members and make any changes accordingly to optimise our Group Exercise Timetable. Any changes will be posted on our website, Facebook page and in club.

Yes, for hygiene reasons, please always have a towel with you when exercising in the gym. We would recommend bringing a bottle of water too!

Our crèche is the largest crèche in Sydney and we cater for children from 6 weeks old up to 12 years old. We have a range of hours available and dedicated areas for different age groups. All of our staff have had background checks and are first aid qualified and we have a dedicated Crèche Manager on site. We have anywhere from 7-9 staff on depending on how busy it is. Little Rascals is strictly a members only facility and everyone that visits has to swipe their membership card to gain access.
