So, whether you’re feeling in the mood for a super high-intensity workout to deliver a rush of endorphins and burn calories or a slower, more mindful workout to target specific muscle groups, our group class timetable can cater to your needs. Premier is a luxury, fully equipped gym with plenty of facilities to enhance your visit, and members get complete access to everything we offer – including unlimited group fitness classes. We have a limited number of membership spaces on offer to make sure you never need to book classes or wait around for a machine to become free. We value your time and fitness journey, so we invite you to join in on as many of our group classes as possible to make the most of your time.

Installed with the latest Technogym bikes, our expert instructors will take you on an enjoyable and rewarding 45-minute ride here. Each bike is fitted with its own entertainment screen for your ultimate enjoyment, too.

Group gym classes FAQs

Do I need to book ahead for a class?

No, none of our classes need to be pre-booked. Simply turn up as often as you want and get stuck into one of our many daily classes.

How many group gym classes should I do per week?

There's no hard and fast rule for how many classes you should take a week. It's all about listening to your body and sticking to what feels comfortable. Most of our members find that between two and three classes a week work for them.
