Spacious main studio catered to group yoga classes in Sydney

Our Sydney branch features a spacious main studio where all our yoga classes are delivered. This has space for over thirty people, so you can attend any session without worrying about finding space. The large space has room for your yoga mats, so you can focus on your form without worrying about anyone being in your way.

New to yoga?

Your first yoga session can be daunting but doesn’t need to be. Our yoga classes are designed for all levels, with each position in our flows adaptable to suit anyone. Before moving into a new pose, your instructor will provide a demonstration, with different options too, including a modified and advanced position, so everyone gets the most out of the session,

Each yoga class is delivered by one of our qualified instructors, who can assist you with any adjustments. You can take our yoga classes at your own pace, focusing on what feels good for your body rather than achieving the perfect yogi pose in your first session.
