Our facilities in our state-of-the-art blissful Sydney location are second to none, and that includes our luxurious steam rooms that surround the body with plenty of moist steam to open pores and detoxify the entire body. There are plenty of benefits to our steam room, including better circulation, improved skin health, workout recovery, and reduced stress. Spending time in a steam room can even burn calories, so your workout doesn’t have to end just because you’ve left the cardio or weight training zones.

Our steam room comes with plenty of beneficial features, and with our complimentary towel service and luxurious marble bathrooms, we hope you’ll feel pampered after each visit.

Do I need to pre-book my visit to the steam room?

No, we don't ask any of our members to book any of our facilities as we believe if you're paying for a service, you should be able to use it whenever suits you. That's why we never take bookings for our gym equipment, group classes, or spa facilities.

Do I need to bring my own towel?

There's no need to bring your own towel when using any of our spa facilities, including the steam room because we offer complimentary towels at every visit. Why miss out just because you forgot to pack your towel?

Are steam rooms good for weight loss?

Yes, steam rooms are good for weight loss because exposing your body to high heat helps you sweat and burn calories. Using a steam room for weight loss on its own will provide very slow results, but taking steam after a workout can boost your exercise's benefits and help you burn more calories than originally.

How many times a week should I use a steam room?

Experts recommend that you should use a steam room two to three times a week for no longer than 20 minutes at a time. Some of our members find it tricky to stay in the steam room for that long at once, though, so we recommend listening to your body. You can always complete five-minute intervals with breaks in between to help your body ease into it.

What other facilities are available?

Along with our relaxing steam rooms, we offer plenty of other amazing facilities at our Sydney health and fitness centre. We have separate zones for cardio and weight lifting, over 60 group classes scheduled every week, a 25-metre swimming pool, Swedish saunas, and cold water immersion pools!
