Our interactive cycle studio in Sydney
To compliment our interactive cycle studio in Sydney, you can also utilise our Cardio zone filled with a wide range of the latest Technogym machines. Each of these is fitted with individual entertainment screens to let you enjoy the freedom of exercising in a way that suits you best.
When you join one of our cycle classes, our fully trained instructors will guide you on a journey that some will find enjoyable but all will find rewarding. Our classes are 45 minutes to deliver a tough workout without maximising results without exhausting the body to impact the rest of your schedule. Do I need to book in for a class?
No, at Premier Health and Fitness Centre, there is no need to book in for any of our classes. Simply turn up to one of our scheduled classes and join a number of like-minded individuals who are also striving to better themselves.
How fit do you need to be for one of these classes?
We believe that anyone should be able to begin their fitness journey with us at Premier, so we welcome everyone of any fitness level. No matter whether this is your first workout class or your hundredth, you'll be welcomed into our classes.
Are spin classes good for weight loss?
Yes, spin classes are excellent for weight loss as they use a HIIT schedule which can promote burning more calories in a shorter period of time. During our 45-minute spin cycle classes, you'll often burn between 400 and 600 calories while targeting most muscle groups in the body, including your glutes, legs, core, shoulders, and back.
How many times a week should I do spin classes?
How many times you spin will depend on a number of factors including your fitness level and whether you're pairing them with other exercise classes. However, the sweet spot for most of our athletes tends to be up to three spin classes a week.

Aside from our Cardio zone, we also offer a range of other facilities such as weight and functional training areas, fully trained personal trainers to boost your fitness journey, and a luxury pool sauna spa for ultimate recovery and relaxation.
