Yin Yoga is a newer form of yoga and is complementary to everybody who lives a yang lifestyle. It targets the deepest tissues of the body. Our connective tissues; ligaments, joints and deep fascia networks. Yin Yoga will improve your circulation and your overall flexibility. It will encourage you to connect with your breath and improve emotional balance, reducing stress and anxiety.
