In our blissful Sydney CBD centre, you’ll find lots of facilities to aid your muscle recovery and relaxation, including 10-degree cold plunge pools. Our cold plunge pools are designed for quick full-body immersion to shock the body and lead to plenty of benefits, such as improved metabolism, stress relief, reduced inflammation and muscle soreness, and an improved mood.

Pair our cold plunge pools with our traditional saunas and steam rooms to enjoy the benefits of both hot and cold shock therapies. With our complimentary towel service and plenty of other facilities in our relaxation spa, you can enjoy much more than a quick dip.

Do I need to book to visit the plunge pool?

None of our facilities at our Sydney CBD location need to be booked, and our cold water plunge pool is no exception. We want all of our members to be able to use our facilities at a time that suits them, which is why we don't require anyone to pre-book.

Is there a complimentary towel service?

Yes! There's not much worse than forgetting to bring a towel after your cold water plunge - but at Premier, you don't have to suffer in silence. We offer all of our members free clean and soft towels for all of their visits, so you don't have to let forgetting your towel get in the way of your plunge.

How many times a week should I take a cold plunge?

Cold water plunging is a relatively new therapy in Australia, but there are plenty of benefits being studied as we speak. Some of the benefits of plunging your body into cold water include

  • Reduced inflammation and muscle soreness

  • Improved metabolism

  • Improved mood and reduced stress

  • Better sleep

  • Boosting immune system

However, there are also come considerations to make before undergoing cold water immersion. This therapy isn't considered safe for everyone, so make sure you know whether you are a suitable candidate for using our plunge pool beforehand.

How many times a week should I take a cold plunge?

Many experts recommend cold plunges should be done two to three times a week for the best results, but it's important to listen to your body. Many of our members find that starting off slow with only one short plunge a week helped them build up their tolerance before being able to enjoy more frequent weekly plunges.

What other facilities are available?

Along with our cold water plunge pool, we also have a number of excellent facilities at our Sydney centre. Some of these include our cardio and weight training zones, our spacious swimming pool, luxurious sauna and steam rooms, and our blissful spa.
