We have a limited number of membership spaces on offer to make sure you never need to book classes or wait around for a machine to become free. Do I need to book ahead for a class?
No, none of our classes need to be pre-booked. Simply turn up as often as you want and get stuck into one of our many daily classes.
How many group gym classes should I do per week?
There's no hard and fast rule for how many classes you should take a week. It's all about listening to your body and sticking to what feels comfortable. Most of our members find that between two and three classes a week work for them.
