Premier Health and Fitness Group Exercise Classes

Our spacious main studio in Sydney

We run our Body Pump classes out of our spacious main studio in our Sydney location, which has plenty of space for our members to stretch out and make the most of their workouts along with all of the equipment we might need. The walls are soundproof so we can have the music up as loud as we want, and the full-length mirrors let our members keep an eye on their form and see how much fun they’re having throughout our 45-minute classes.

Do I need to book my space in body pump classes?

One of our goals is to keep our members happy by having no wait times, including no waitlists for classes. We want you to be able to workout how you want, when you want, which is why none of our classes need to be pre-booked. Simply turn up and have fun!

Does fitness level matter for body pump classes?

No, all of our classes are designed for people of all fitness levels so you don't have to feel intimidated to join in. No matter what your fitness level is, we invite you to join in and have fun with the rest of our members. The quicker you join one of our classes, the quicker you'll be able to see a difference in your fitness level!

Are spin classes good for weight loss?

Yes, spin classes are excellent for weight loss as they use a HIIT schedule which can promote burning more calories in a shorter period of time. During our 45-minute spin cycle classes, you'll often burn between 400 and 600 calories while targeting most muscle groups in the body, including your glutes, legs, core, shoulders, and back.

Are body pump classes good for weight loss?

Yes, Body Pump classes are excellent for weight loss because they blend weight training with cardio to give you an effective full-body workout. The best part is that while these classes are great for weight loss, they're also so fun that you'll hardly notice you're working towards your fitness goals.

How many times a week should I take body pump classes?

We recommend taking Body Pump classes between two and four times a week, as this will give your body enough time to relax between workouts. However, depending on your fitness level, you might want to start off with only one or two a week.

What other facilities are available?

Our facilities at Premier Sydney are second to none, with three state-of-the-art workout rooms for you to make the most of your exercise regime, along with a sauna spa and pool for relaxing after a long session. We also have experienced personal trainers to help you every step of the way to your fitness goal, so make sure you check out our PTs if you're new to the workout scene.
