To compliment our interactive cycle studio in Sydney, you can also utilise our Cardio zone filled with a wide range of the latest Technogym machines. Each of these is fitted with individual entertainment screens to let you enjoy the freedom of exercising in a way that suits you best.

When you join one of our cycle classes, our fully trained instructors will guide you on a journey that some will find enjoyable but all will find rewarding. Our classes are 45 minutes to deliver a tough workout without maximising results without exhausting the body to impact the rest of your schedule.
