Do I need to book in for a Premier HIIT class?
We know how frustrating it can be when classes are always fully booked, so none of our classes need to be pre-booked. You're more than welcome to turn up and get stuck in with the rest of our members, giving you the opportunity to enjoy as many classes as you want per week.
Does fitness level matter?
HIIT workouts can feel daunting when you're just beginning your fitness journey, but we welcome all fitness levels to join our classes. Many of our members are of varying fitness levels and can still enjoy all of our classes simply by modifying each move for them.
Are HIIT workouts good for weight loss?
Yes, HIIT workouts are often considered one of the best for weight loss, as you're working at 100% power for almost the entire 45-minute class. Studies have even shown that HIIT can burn 25 to 30% more calories than other forms of exercise, like running or cycling.
How many times a week should I do HIIT classes?
HIIT workouts are very demanding on the body, so HIIT classes should be capped at between two and three times a week. Our HIIT classes are slightly longer at 45 minutes, so you might even find your body performs best when sticking to one or two a week.
