Hayley is a Personal Trainer and Clinical Pilates instructor with over 12 years of experience in the industry. She has a women’s health coaching certification and nutrition certificate to help you understand how to fuel your body for your particular goals.
Hayley’s interests include women’s health, injury prevention, postural assessment and rehabilitation. She believes a strong body foundation is necessary to help prevent injuries on the gym floor and in daily life.
