No, none of our group classes need to be pre-booked. Simply show up whenever you have time and exercise with the rest of our members who have similar fitness goals.

How many group gym classes are recommended per week?

How many gym classes you should join per week will depend on your fitness levels and personal journey. Most of our members find that two or three group classes are the sweet spot per week, but make sure you listen to your body before planning multiple classes.
