Your training sessions will take place in our Northern Beaches fitness centre. They will likely happen in our cardio area, weight section, and functional studio. You can also enjoy our sauna, which allows you to relax after a hard session.

You should see a PT on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on your schedule. You might see a personal trainer more than once or twice a week depending on your goals and how quickly you want to achieve them. For example, you might increase your sessions to help you prepare for a big race or competition, or reduce them if you need to make more time for work or other commitments in your life.
